I thought I overcame depression. I guess not. It’s coming back, I can feel it.
a fun little project while back in Taiwan this past December.
probably the first project we’ve done that required a little more planning… storyboarding, and editing concept, something of a storyline, etc… although it was probably done moreso to keep ourselves in check/on schedule/focused while shooting since we literally only had one day in which everyone could be present… and also being able to incorporate arthur since he wasn’t able to physically be with us in Taiwan..
if anything, this was a good editing project for me to work on and learn from.. not just cutting/editing, but finding points of transition.. in the video itself, in the music, deciding to place certain scenes for comedic timing, even some instances of sound editing.
i’d have to say the coloring was probably the most time consuming. especially since the lighting was generally inconsistent as we worked with what we had.. fluorescent, tungsten, daylight, cloudiness… you name it, we had to work with it.
aaahhhhh so much more to learn!! another progressive step.i hope you enjoy this one!
KPOP Fanwars. Shut the F up already.
I never usually post/blog about this topic because I really don’t care but recently it’s been really bugging me because the fans from my two bias’ are at each others necks. Who are my bias’? Dong Youngbae better known as Taeyang from Big Bang and Jay Park.
Pretty much since Jay’s made his comeback, people have been comparing the two together and more recently fans from both Youngbae and Jay have been arguing about who is copying whose hair style and what not.
I’m just get to the point and say it straight GET THE F OVER IT AND STOP COMPARING THE TWO!
So called VIPs: Taeyang was not the first person to get the mohawk/faux hawk hairstyle nor was he the first to dye it blond. He isn’t the first to wear wife beaters or white shirts. Saying Jay Park is copying Taeyang is completely unfair - you guys should know better then that! BB has gone through a lot the past year, instead of arguing with other fandoms spend your time supporting!
So called Jaywalkerz: Jay is all about Love and Respect, if you really are a fan of his then be respectful and loving and ignore the hateful comments - just go and support Jay. Walkerz saying that Taeyang has no personality is being completely unfair - clearly you’re not a fan of his so how would you know what kind of a personality he has?
Taeyang and Jay come from completely different backgrounds - culturally and musically, completely different music styles, clothing and dance. Yes they have the same haircut, your point being? Walk down the street, every second guy has a bloody faux hawk haircut.
Please stop with the fanwars and comparisons.

If you’re going to repost a photo from my tumblr (and in most cases photos which i’ve taken personally) a simple “take from iamkathymon/tumblr” or “credit iamkathymon/tumblr” isn’t so hard is it?
It kinda hurts when you see your own photo being reblogged and tagged as someone else’s work. Just saying.
